Mountain City Well Drilling started with a simple frustration: owner-operators were spending more time hunting loads than driving, getting undercut on rates by brokers who didn't care about their bottom line, and calling dispatch lines that never answered.
We set out to build something different — a dispatch brokerage that actually works for the driver. One that negotiates hard, picks up the phone, and doesn't force loads.
Our headquarters in Mountain City, Tennessee reflects who we are: a rural, working-class operation with blue-collar values. We don't have a fancy office in Dallas or a venture capital pitch deck. We have dispatchers who answer at 2am when a driver is broken down on I-81.
Today we work with 240+ carriers across all 48 states, moving 1,800+ loads a month, and we've never lost sight of what we're here to do: keep your wheels turning.
